DHBVN has been consistently doing a very poor service in Greenfield Colony. Very frequent power cuts, way too many fluctuations, inaccurate readings in most bills which are never delivered before due date.

At an average 2 to 3 hrs power cut is always there in Gurgaon . This needs improvement .

In our locality i.e. sector+45, Faridabad the power situation is very bad. Frequent power breakdowns & cuts that too for very long periods. This year the situation is worse than the previous year. Need to improve a lot.

There has been an overall improvement as compared to a few months back. Wish the power rates go down as in Delhi.

Some improvement. But a number of unscheduled power cuts are spoiling the image. Rates continue to be high.
