Poor quality of power supply. Power interruptions ON and OFF. There is no reliability of availability of power when you need it just for 10 minutes...... FSA in the power bill is a unwarranted. Customer is paying for the inefficiencies of DHBVN in their purchase policy and practice. No where the entity (except DHBVN) is paid for managing their internal operations inefficiently..... It is like paying extra to a contractor for delay in completion of the project beyond agreed dead lines. And asking the customer / citizens to bear that extra cost in some form or the other........ This happens in monopoly situations.... Govt of Haryana should give the power distribution in Gurgaon / Haryana to private sector..... and exit from business operations and customer service.....
For last kne year, my meter is replaced but they are still giving an average bill. Each time I go to sec 18 office, they say it will be ok next time. Privatisation is the only answer.Unless people have a risk of losing jobs, they will just not work
