I would say HPGCL is the most unreliable power generation corporation. With the unscheduled power cuts every day and extreme fluctuations in voltage, the residents electric gadgets are at very high risk in spite of installing voltage stablizers with the gadgets. Not only that, sometime, especially during the night, the fans move at maximum of 50rpm. You can imagine how much discomfort it must be giving to the residents. But who cares?
