my wife has an account in the BSK 2nd stage branch, Bengaluru. service is excellent but it is not disabled friendly. even going up to the lift requires climbing steps. also some of the ATMs are getting old and are often out of order. also the ATMs are slow compared to recent ATMS. they also have a friendly banking executive calling the account holder. my wife is not comfortable with this because she feels he knows all details about her account, which should be subject to privacy. in these days of phishing one cannot take too kindly to such calls. I feel this is not a good practice and should be stopped.

Good service but staff needs training to enhance their banking knowledge.

Good facilities, Helpful staff, Good Service. Specially for Branches at Sector 18 and Sector 26, Noida

HDFC Bank Branch at Sector 26, Noida. Services improved, but still takes too much time (2 hrs) to draw cash or deposit cash. Availability of new Rs 500 notes is still not there and limited availability of rs. 100 notes.
The ATM is not working even as on date (02-12-2016).

There is no serious problem with the Branch of Sector 26, where I have an account. Of course there were some difficulties in the few days immediately after De-monitisation, but matter is now resolved. In fact the ATM here had been charged fully, but there were hardly any customers... no queue at all.
