HDFC bank in Sector 53 on Golf Couse Road is efficient in handling your queries as well as providing personal service. Staff handling lockers in the basement too are very friendly & efficient. Hope they keep these service levels & also try to improve those.

Apart from salary account took home and car loan, good service

HDFC bank is one of the better bank in private banks sector.I have banking relationship with HDFC Bank.
HDFC Bank & HDFC corporation are two different entities.Common people get confused.Better make clear distinction in these two.
Overall services are good.
For Home loan online approval in few clicks is claimed.But in reality for Home loan too much time is taken.Too many documents,paper work is needed.
All banks must help their customers in finding Home of their choice with proper guidance.Atleast for customers with minimum 2 or more years relationship,paper work must be much less.Banks are more interested in selling their Credit cards,Personal loans & Car loans.Whereas need is to help their customers with Home loan,education loan.Even lower interest should be considered for these two purposes.
