HDFC Bank

Their net banking software is the best one for taking FD online, FD amount credited automatically in A/c on maturity. Form 15 H can be submitted hastle free online. No paper work no Dhakka to bank. Passbook printing is clean and flawless. Efficient Mobile app to check bal etc. However, one has to be very vigilant about their different charges before using any value added services. Once deducted, very difficult to get any refund.

While hdfc net banking features are the best in industry, arrogance is setting in. They are just not amenable to suggestions for improvement and are happy with status quo. Suggestilns wrt HUF ac continue to be pending since 2 years. Even the redressal agencies are just biding time.

HDFC Bank is concerned with their profit only - to hell with customer care & comfort. Very bad experience. I am in Baroda ( Gujarat ) & extremely poor experience.
Another issue - comparing with other banks like ICICI Bank, we / my family have a/c in both for both demat & money. Now ICICI Bank & ICICI Direct are well run & you get all necessary work & accounts in here. But HDFC Bank are unmanageably delinked - HDFC Bank, HDFC Sec., HDFC Trading & they make us run from one to another. All business can be done on ICICI Bank - equity, MF etc., but in case of HDFC Bank you have to register separately & still face difficulties. They call you to do trading but disappear with "will check & revert" assurance. We can easily get short ' long term gains statement from ICICI Direct but this is simply not available on HDFC. Hdfc Bank relationship managers exist only in name but are simply helpless & take work lightly.
Overall very poor management from top - Mr. Parikh.

NO concerns for customers at all, Worst timings comparatively any other bank.
