HDFC Bank

MANIVEL NELLAYAPPAN ----Since I am a Senior Citizen. The HDFC Bank Madipakkam Branch has helped me a lot despite heavy rush in the Que for exchange old currencies. Once I have simply deposited few Noted 500 and 1000 Denominations, and got 4000 by 2 2000 noted. Second time I was allowed with drawn 10000/ with 2000 for 100 denominations. Since I am having credit card, I did not feel any difficulty for one week. After that I came to know that the Bank itself have not supplied with 500 new currencies by the RBI. Some what difficult to manage with out 500 denomination. Anyway let us hope for the best in future days coming. Thanks for the HDFC Madipakkam Branch. Manivel Nellayappan

The bank is fine. Its ATM network outside New Dehi is poor. Its branches, ATMs aren't disabled friendly. It should atleast make its physical infrastructure more visible and accessible.

Most ATMs in Bengaluru are not working. I went inside a bank (Jayangar 1st block) to deposit some old notes. I was asked to stand in the cash counter. When I reached the cash counter, the concerned personality at the counter pointed me to another counter, where there was a long queue, and asked me to get a number from the counter. And none of the ATMs have CDMs

ATMs still not working - out of cash or temporarily out of order

HDFC Lanka branch could have managed better. They did not have any separate line for Sr. citizens even after the announcement. On Seniors day of banking they were allowing others as a result the Sr. Citizens faced problem.

Poor situation in Faridabad, no cash at Bank and ATMs.
