Very poor in after sale services

Not a good E commerce site. The cost on the site of various items is higher compared to other sites like flipkart, snapdeal etc.

The company seems to have poor response to the consumer grievances. One of the public domain indicates 42 complaint resolved against 2197 registered complaints.

The company attracts the buyers through very competitive prices in fact unbelieveable and that is all. Poor service, poor refunds etc.
