Hotel Saravana Bhavan

Poor Admin, Star category prices, we've to be polite with servers and waiters or else get out. Food tastes well, good chefs, good quality ingredients used to the best of my knowledge and belief.

Service is awful. Bitter experience to (self) order a coffee in first floor and there is no queuing system. If you are strong and sound, you can win a coffee in quick time. I waited half hour to fight a crowd at counter and brought a just 'warm' and super thick coffee to table. Two sips and I need to trash it before upset my stomach. At least I could have relaxed at a street joint tea wala for an instant hassle free coffee experience. Service is at stake in this hotel and need to improve a lot lot lot.

Deteriorating over the years! Spicy food quality that only spoils the stomach after every meal there! They can't even provide reasonable space for parking vehicles; it's a pain dining there!

The authentic place for safe vegetarian South Indian food. One of my guests were saying, we 15 meals in a month at Sarvana Bhawan and we never have an upset stomach.

I go with Ramaswamy opinion. They charge too much for brand name compared to service they offer.
