Again very poor services and Quality of Hp...I purchased an Hp model in Nov 2015 and in one year of warranty many parts failed and Hp kept on changing them... I insisted to change the unit.They agreed but later on said they would refund the money.After several follow ups I received Rs 5500/- LESS. They have no answer to the short money sent.I have been chasing their officials Mr Raina/Mr T Sukesh and Mr Rasalam for past 2 months But they do not acre to reply now and My hard Earned money is stuck up.... Will higher authorities listen on this and return balance amount asap

I would give no stars to Hp as their Managers do not have courtesy to reply to customer mails and forget about talking to them. They have no Decision powers and go by copy book or policies of company which Means a Dissatisfied customer for Which they do not care in India as People Unlike Foreign countries do not Claim Damages from them. Hence customer can cry on their shoulders but no hand will come to wipe your Tears. .......................
