Hyderabad Police

Challans are issued irrationally. When there are no recognised parking for the vehicle for miles together vehicles need to be stopped outside the white line to buy a petty item. A passing police constable on his motor bike takes the photograph and sends the challan claiming that the vehicle is parked in the busbay whereas within even 200 yds, one does not see a bus stop. Most of the space in the sides is occupied by the petty vendors. Then where are we supposed to stop the vehicle to buy an item? The green signal changes over to red without much gap or NO GAP. Taking a photo at the 2nd signal (outgoing) challan is issued claiming as 'signal jumping'.

I to agree with Sharma. It’s not hurting department, but need to have discipline for public service, now a days busy with revenue collection rather on controlling traffic and other public inconvenience problem.
Now a days auto are stopping at right side of the road to get passengers (drop / pickup) @ signals, where police service are not noticing that, because of this many people are facing inconvenience and accidents. Even buses are not stopping @ bus stop on middle of the road

If they dont mind, they have been used by the government for revenue collectiion, rather than for public convenience, earlier days they are our friends, for fast dibursement of traffic, but now, they are bound to accept the government imposition of Revenue Collection. leaving the traffic jams aside. sorry this is not to hurt them.

I think the traffic police are not monitoring the results of some of their measures. Last month they introduced taking U turn fro pillar no 3 to puller number 23! At PVNR flyover near Mehdipatnam. This has created traffic woos for vehicles from Humayun nagar police station to Masab tank. This is in addition to increased travel of about 3/4 kilometer. When fuel can not be manufactured, it is wasting natural resource. The proble of crossing at the police station could be managed by sincerely working traffic police. It is earnestly requested to revert to old method or plan another alternative. Unfortunately in India people criticize verbally but never put on paper. This excuse is now taken by police when I raised the issue saying that public has no grievance in this regard, which is absurd reasoning. I request the Addl Commissioner Traffic to check this personally.

i am a resident of chandrayan gutta hyderabad,as i saw the chandrayan gutta cross road is always dangerous to cross it.b cause there is auto rickshaw,seven seaters are driven by drug addicts and minors with out license , documents.signal jumping is common when ever we try to exlplain to these seven seater drivers dont drive rashly or dont jump the signals.they openly said we are above the LAW.
