I am banking with Annanagar east Branch. The branch has peronnel attending on customers to speed up the work and reduce the crowd in the bank. It is nice and comfortable. The stsff are efficient and quick also.

Icici bank finds innovative ways to charge customers. Their main focus is to increase fee based income by charging the customers in the garb of revising charges. Their Merchant Banking services has recently revised the charges which will kill the encouragement of digital transactions by Govt. They do not provide copies of agreement.

Account holder since 15 years. They apply rules equally to all customers. Do not harass you with promotional material. Only single call to inform about offers, that too, by familiar bank employees. Once rejected, they do not call again. Internet banking website and app as well as e-wallet are the best in the overall banking industry.
