Very poor and unethical/immoral behaviour towards customers. Had some of the worse experiences in dealing with the customer care in this bank.

No cash in ATM as well as Bank.Some cash which is available is dispensed to favoured customers only.

I had a peasant experience of withdrawing money from B Block, Janakpuri branch.
The executives concerned were polite and courteous. I think during the demonetisation phase, both customers and banks were at fault. Customers were rushing to the Banks as if there will be no tomorrow and wanted to be attended on a priority whereas banks were not prepared to manage such an unprecedented situation.

Well organized and individualised service...

Poor service. Staff is more than required with egoistic approach with the customer.
