Even after a month, they could not open a simple savings account for me

I am using ICICI as my primary account mainly due to their fast online services. ICICI Credit Card payment from ICICI is in real time. I have never experienced real time card payment with any other bank. IMPS, NEFT, Inter and Intrabank transfer is all seamless. They keep adding more facilities online removing any need to visit the branch.

Customer Complaint Department offers only opaque resolution thus shielding their staff members.

Some of the charges levied by them are totally opaque. God forbid that you should ever try to to talk/interact with their customer service.They make you run around so much that you ultimately give up in sheer disgust.they seem to be absolutely not interested in resolving customer complaints. I rate them very poor in customer service.
