ICICI Basaveshwaranagar Bangalore took care of Senior citizens after demonetisation very well. Except on a day when they rcd. cash late, other times it took hardly 15 minutes to exchange or deposit banned currency or draw from the account. Very importantly they did not ask any customer to get copy of id proof, instead photocopied id proof willingly at the branch. They put up a tent at the footpath to protect customers from direct sunlight. All the staff were very helpful. I appreciate their efforts.

I am agree with Mr. Amit Kesari because Sector-16, Faridabad ICICI Branch Head Mr. Vinay Patak & Branch Manager Mr. Praveeen Puri also doing same behave.They are showing off that they are the owner of this bank and doing everything willingly. We are exist customer of icici Bank since 2008 with 10 current account. We are giving business to icici bank in crore but in that day they are doing rudely behaving. I have complaint also in icici customer care, not get satisfactory response till now.
