Avoid them for business and go for a multinational bank. They prefer paper to electronic.

The only good thing about ICICI is that it's online banking is much secure and also mobile app is much fast than other banking app. Rest is all hectic in terms of processes etc.

I agree with your review 100%. ICICI is just slow and too much paper. They have one good thing now where you can change your internet password online. Earlier it use to take 7 days.

as with most other ICICI cant get job done, if theres a hitch. no help available if any probs. job gets done only if you already know its no big deal

Terrible bank, there is nothing good about them other than they have processes that are supposed to make them ultra secure. Talk about 19th century bank in 21st century.
