Indian bank branch 59 ,did not have cash on 30th Nov and 1 st dec 16 .Its ATM NEAR branch is not working since many days .Even complain to chairman did not have any impact .Even complain to highest authority was not acknowledged .

Services Indian Bank, Arumbakkam and High Court branches were very bad during this crisis period. On the Senor Citizens day for currency exchange it took one hour and 45 minites to get Rs2000/ exchanged for just 2 Senior Citizens One being myself.

In the current situation Indian bank, West Mambalam has let the customers down by not properly disbursing the money as per the stipulation. When individuals are allowed to draw Rs. 24000 per week, they are allocating Rs. 2000 only. Nobody to question this. This happened to a Super Senior citizen in my family who wanted to draw around Rs.15000 from his pension account. He was very upset by this treatment.

Indian Bank,Coimbatore service is satisfactory.They can provide faster service to senior citizens and people with disabilities.The interest for deposits can be better.
