Second what Mr Balasubramanian has posted. There definitely should be specific person assigned the responsibility to attend to customers complaints. Also the local branch offices are unable to help or provide solution to Net Banking related issues. Typically Chennai based numbers would be provided which are not of much help. It becomes quite frustrating to then resolve your problems.
Of late this tendency is observed in many places especially Govt departments and PSUs. The management should have ensure that customer compliants are attended and the action taken on specific complaints are posted to the complainant. This will increase transparency and accountability.
