This branch is Veerapandi, Salem, Tamilnadu. Because of government schemes, bank is over crowded and it takes several hours to get any work done may it be a simple one like putting entries in passbooks. There are some staffs who are very careless in their work. There is totally no response after complaints are made. To make the work easy for the staffs, they ask the customers to come the next day without any reasons and no matter how long they come from. No staffs are accountable for their delay in work. They have a thought that they are the bosses and the customers are like slaves.
