In Ahmedabad we find very positive atmospear from the bank offcers

Indian over seas bank performance comparing with olden days(1973)to the preset condition It going to less satisfaction.Majority staffs are new one .old one are good for nothing.They are lethargic in attitude.cash withdrawal normal time takes lot time comparing with other bank.Mangers are always helping in nature.since demonetisation the ATMs out of operation ,cash withdrawal become long waiting.The attitude of cash disbursement officers are so rough to customers.It is working like Govt office.

Rajouri garden branch most old staff was very unhelpful and always behaved rudely but some old and all new recruits are very helpful and hardworking. Online banking was very bad every time i paid through my card anywhere the amount was deducted from Ac. but merchant was machine shows transaction failed same situation in ATM transaction they refund the amount after giving letter to them but after minimum 10 - 15 days.

i am from Chakala, Vile Parle East.
At their own Bank's ATM is not working, Most of the time it has been under maintenance and also it has less ATM Branches all over Mumbai as compare to other banks. But the second part regarding to bank and their services, they are doing superb job. They have customer orientation, satisfied with them and working process is good.
