Indian Overseas Bank

There is need for the improvement of performance of this bank. Whenever I go to Abids branch I find at least one dissatisfied customer. The staff will ask customer to come after few hours to get entry, cheque book or any work related with the customer even though they can do in few minutes. I never found much rush in the branch.
