Staff should create customer friendly atmosphere in the bank. They should not fell that they are the only bankers available. As mentioned earlier rating with other public sector bank, staff should attend office intime and can leave on time if permitted. Their mentality should change as if they are the only bankers available for the public. Customer friendly branches should be appreciated. Real time appreciation from the public to be gained for assessments.
All the public sector employees should be brought under annual appraisal for their annual increments, and ratings should be as per performance of the concerned from Lower to Top level.
