It is good, but when a passenger comes to the airport before two hours of the flight and the journey takes more than two hours, do you not think, there is a need for providing food or tiffin ????
The seats are uncomfortable and then charging fee for the allocation of seats to a group of two or more passengers seems to be unethical. Asking for a glass of water itself feels you awkward.
Standard maintained even in International flight is too low. It spoils our country image as well as for longer journey passengers feel uncomfortable. Lot of hidden charges are there, which goes unnoticed. If one calculate it is more costlier then other Airline. In future we would prefer Air India or Jet Airways.
I think, and experience, that after the departure of the earlier CEO, Indigo has improved its attitude towards passengers and is very helpful. Especially towards senior citizens. Hats off to Indigo.
Not customer friendly at all. The standards have deteriorated and the staff shows arrogant tendencies.
