Had a very bad experience with this airline where they restrict booking more luggage (10 kg additional for each passenger and not for infants) during prebooking and create lot of stress knowing that I am taking my family with my new born twins (obviously with more luggages) with a concession of 2-3 kgs and was penalised to wait for a longer time and was emotionally stressed to pay more than Rs. 15,000/-.. Very unfriendly staff not even trying to help the customer... Many a times, I have not carried more than 50% of my allowed baggages.. When they charge this exorbitant charges, airlines should then start passing the benefit to passengers with less luggage...
Debris behavior of Indigo staff in HYD airport and a pregnant lady forced to follow the long queue, resulting in "flight miss" even we had web-check in and on time arrived into Airport Hyderabad
However, it was only due to Indigo staff ignorance but passengers have to bear the additional cost of go and fro and airfare charges +same for the next day.
I called customer care and talk to the service desk but all in vain, they per imposing everything on us which is really exasperating and irresponsible behavior.
I was feeling very helpless and furious just because as Indigo staff spoiled our trip home with the medical condition of my pregnant wife. I also suffered a lot with my family who came along to pick up us on Airport from remote location Himachal.
Still not able to understand where should I raise my voice and to I should blame for this incident.
