The company does not have proper grievance redressal system. One of the message escalated to senior official in the grievance department says that the mail cannot be
delivered as the mail box is full. One of the public domain listing complaint against IGL says just 4 complaints resolved out of 262 complaints. The major complaints are delayed connection despite the money getting collected, no response, practically no redressal to the billing complaints despite rigorous follow up.
