i wanted to switch loan from HDFC to SBI. on 1st Oct they SMSed that they have sent my loan application.
now one SBI person is asking " how to visit your house...which way it is, how far from there" Another person called up from Kilpauk that "you have to show the original document, no no no noh, you have to come here, yes yes you can send a person with those document"

Senior citizens who do not get pension have to depend on their meager retirement benefits and interest earned on them. But, now the interest rates on SCSS and MIS have been drastically reduced putting extreme hardship on senior citizens. Please revise the interest rates to senior citizens to at least 10 %. Also think of giving additional ad hoc amount every month to pension-less senior citizens. Matter urgent. Finance ministry has put us in lurch in these days of growing cost of living.

Worst bank full of cheaters, applied for debit card 2 months back , still waiting for it, meanwhile they have debited charges

They are in banking business. The executives do not know ABCD of banking. The corporate office is not able to check the branch executives

This bank caters to a huge segment in Sec 7,8,3,9,10,6 and has only 2 attached atms. This entity started more than 10 years back promising ease of financial services.

In spite of complaining number of times including to its various senior officers about providing clear and transparent Statement of Accounts of FDRs since 2013, they are not taking any action. There are lot of discrepancies in statements of A/c and many more irregularities in keeping the Accounts.

All Banks especially the nationalised Banks are scutling all the schemes of PM/FM and Govt of India which are formulated with a noble idea and goal. The Branch Managers at the local levels are taking the matter for granted to outrightly reject the loan application be it under mudra, start up India or stand up India. The Bank Managers are at the outset itself seek the ways to rescin the matter quoting NPA level and branding the innocent applicant as a suspect defaulter. Please analyse and solve the problem for success of the schemes.
