Third rate performance. Employees are seldom found on work, garbage rotting and scattered in full public view in vacant plots, spaces, drains..what is thrown by public in open bins is scattered out by dogs and animals. Response to complaints is pathetic and eyewash. Most way side eateries don't dispose of their garbage and wrappers, plastic plates etc are thrown by customers all-over. Corruption and lack of accountability are the cause.
