Jammu railway station is not good for sitting benches on plateform and very few fans are there and out of them few are not working.

with growth in number of trains platform are very few so trains have to wait on outer signal . Catering facilities are poor .

Waiting room is in very bad shape. in the evening, when most of the trains depart, very less space for the passengers to sit. Platforms are dirty as usual.

Rly Restrurent is closed.Waiting room is not maintained.Retiring room lobby are used for drunkers and beggers.
