Yes sir its true too and they even pay to seller after fifteen days from the date product deliver to buyer........

The company is an online shopping site and offering several product. However some of the feedback as received fro several shoppers has compelled to bring out their business process. The company does not have any proper grievance redressal mechanism, Contact us details are not properly disseminated. One has to submit the information only on their forms. Some of the points are listed below as taken out from feedback from some of the shoppers and I feel the shoppers to be careful while buying from this online shopping site.
Online shopping company www.snapdeal.com (Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd, Delhi) keeping different product for online sell under promotional and festival offers. Many buyers have observed that after placing order; order got verified by Snapdeal and later they Cancel this orders (after some days/months & even year ) by saying that this is price error from seller side and hence we are not able to fulfill your order.
Here I want to mention that now day’s snapdeal is doing this daily basis where they take below advantages from buyer money:
1. Making interest on buyers money:
They are keeping consumer money for some days/months with them before cancelling order and making good profit by taking interest on it from bank. As this money is not generated by selling product I even doubt that they are paying income tax on interest of it or not.
2. Buyers need to pay credit card interest to bank(Pure buyers loss):
Many buyers paying this money by using credit card and refund takes more than one month time sometime; due to which buyer not able to pay money and bank charge them 14% interest for late payment as fine on it. But snapdeal not giving any interest/discounted coupon to buyer.
Some other website provide wallet balance/flat concession coupon for that including Amazon, Flipkart.
3. Wasting buyers time(Time has more value than deal):
In many sale its observe that after adding product to cart when we are going on payment page after filling payment details snapdeal reject payment by saying that product is out of stock. And after that we are able to find out this product available to sell on snapdeal for whole day for selling in discounted price. If product is out of stock then why its not getting removed from website listing? Also why buyers able to add it in cart again and again and able to move to payment page?
When we are shopping from Amazon or Flipkart they never gives out of stock message after product got added successfully in cart.

4. Invalid reason of order cancellation:
As mentioned above snapdeal gives unaccepted reason for cancelling order which is nothing but “Order Cancelled due to price error on seller end” and they mention that we have verified this price error from seller. Here I want to mention that if its price error then why Snapdeal not verifying this error after seller feed and before publishing product on website?

5. Damage Business of other online shopping website:
Snapdeal keeps this kind of attractive deals when offers running on other website like Flipkart/Amazon who really deliver product to buyer in attractive price but due to miss lead by Snapdeal buyer unable to purchase product from other website.
6. Generating lot of web traffic to increase search indexed:
By keeping this kind of deal snapdeal generate lot of web traffic from buyers and not deliver any product. Due to which users need to pay extra usage internet charges.
