Jet Airways

Jet Airline is horrible taking customer for a ride. Flight cancellation is common and just send one message Flight is cancelled. No arrangement for alternate Flight or refund of money paid . Contact desk phone +91 80 39243333 kept me on hold today for more than one hour and finally did not connect.
Government should take serious action on Jet air for harassing the passengers.

The Jet Airways could be rated on par with Indigo as journey in both airlines is uncomfortable specially for passengers travelling in groups of two or more passengers. Despite charging heavy fare as high as that of Air India, no meal is served and even asking for a glass of water itself feels you awkward.

Could have improved on the service level.

satisfactory service. The staff could be more courteous.
