Poor customer service. Their partnership with Etihad is a joke. Very deceiving frequent flier partnership, ticketed busy who ? Operated by who ? Whose class of servupice applicable ? etc. At the end their discretion what miles you earn. Damage baggage issue took month. Even the appellate & nodal officer did not respond. Had to find Sr VP customer relation's email from Linked-in to get attention. Etihad as a partner is worst airline. Extremely poor baggage handling. Misses bags even when no connection involve, tag were put done properlyn. Heard Etihad staff threaten passenger from US with "remember you are still opin our country" remark. Needed to go through social media PR person to get attention on Etihad bag issue.
