Very good customer oriented service personnel. Never had any bad experience despite so many travels. Excellent airline

Has improved service and shed their arrogance since people got choice. Could do better with price though. Have improved on timeliness. Food quality is generally very good.

Reliable, but pricey. Service experience is better than no frill airliners. However, at a huge price difference. Have very few flights between MAA and TRV.
