Excellent,should maintain the quantity of food served onboard little more as fliers in morning and evening flights feel little satisfied according what they charged for.
It is most welcome if Luggage allowance increased little more.

Expensive but good.

the checkin process has gradually got prolonged. If there is a baggage drop counter then why is it not being used properly. Inflight menu has trimmed a lot.

Reliable&maintains schedule

Generally a reliable and good airline. Of course, some of the aircraft are now too old and need to eb replaced. With partner airlines,they need to have better arrangements for passengers, when passengers travel in their partner airlines.
