Good service but no respect for regional language or culture.

One of the most over rated airlines in India. Try travelling with 2 kgs excess baggage and see what happens. Also the weighing scales have all been fixed. What is 19 kgs in Qatar airways is 23 kgs when transferred on a jet airways flight !!! Try eating the food on a feeder line and see how you enjoy it!.Air India is better in Seating comfort and service ,but they just do not know how to fly on time.

One of the best airlines Perfect timings with good behaviour of the cabin staff

Very bad in luggage handling. My brand new sky bag was handled so callously that it had a 2 inch wide cut on the body. I noticed this on reaching home and sent mail o customer care but received no reply. They are very poor in catering services as well. I booked for Jain veg in advance thru their site. However, aboard the flight I was politely told that no such meal was available. Poor management....
