Jet Airways

Its nice to travel in Jet Airways.

Jet Airways is a third rate airline. They do not have bag ties and have to borrow from other airline. The take off was delayed.
My bag was left behind and they did not announce openly. They searched the individuals and told they, so that others will not know about it. But in the process we lost one hour.
The detail recording took two more hours as only 2 persons were recording the data.
The number given to contact was incorrect and the HQ people did not know what I should do. After number of calls and spending few hours got some info about my bag.
The delivery agency told me, if I want my bag immediately, I should come and collect it, otherwise wait interminably and I would get it, whenever they will come our way.
As per the international rules, they are supposed to pay compensation, which they refused. The time spent was additional charge.

One of the very good airlines in India run in a professional manner by Indians, good service as well

Pretty good, in most cases value for money.
Not good for last moment plan.
