Jharkhand State Electricity Board - Jamshedpur

The bills arrive towards the end of each month. These are to be paid at the JSEB offices ( we pay ours on the Dimna Road, near Punjab National Bank). The horrible condition of the payment office, the narrow balcony, the long queue, the dirty ambience, all these make our experience a terrible one. I wonder why JSEB cannot launch On Line Payment facility for all the customers.
