The New Connection process prevalent as of date is in sync with corruption. No TAT for new connection is provided at the office also exact govt fees for new connection is not disclosed.Need to be more anti corruption in this parameter. The culture of pay extra to get a quick connection is still working. Also Bills are not received on time. Generally bills are delivered after 27th of the month with just 3 days left for payment. needs Improvement here.
