The store does not honor its committment of delivery after taking advance payment. A customer who has paid an advance to buy sofaset and paid 100% advance on 22/03/2014 was promised a delivery by 29/03/2014 by 5.0 PM. The customer telephoned and again confirmed on 27th March and was told it will be delivered before 6 PM. However, the customer kept on following but they kept on delaying. The customer was told to speak to their vendor. When the customer has paid to the store why he should speak to their vendor? The vendor was also misbehaving and confirmed that it could not be delivered. Is it an ethical marketing of malls who otherwise charge much more than an actual price. The website does not have any email id. However the customer has filled up their feedback form on the web-site but no ack.
