Kala Niketan Shoe

We bought a pair of ladies sandal and it had some manufacturing defect. The salesman in showroom was able to understand the problem and acknowledged the same. However the store manager was so adamant to see the defect and understand. Finally we left the pair of sandal with them without more expectations. There is definitely lack of customer service and they think they make best shoe in country. Would not ever shop from there and would also insist other shoppers to avoid buying from them.
