KALYAN JUNCTION (KYN)

Railway is doing very good job in swatch bharat abhiyan that to consistently over one and half year . one can found sweepers throughout a day cleaning platform and stairs. passengers need to change their behaviour and support railway in keeping the station clean .
Kalyan station is also trying to keep it clean but can be improved further by stopping entry of beggers and dogs on platform who liter it . more dustbins can be put on platform .
the main menace is on vendors on skywalk who restrict the flow of passengers at exit . do not know they are legal or not. it may possible to have stampede like situation in peak time also not good for girls and women commuters .
one can always find beggers, dogs and people sleeping in ticket counter area . and no one bother about them . this space has good potential for cleanliness .
