Last mile(Km) connectivity is through various ESCOMS. If there is a most incompetent public utility service in the world it is BESOM. Be it billing, metering, the time taken to respond a complaint, quality of troubleshooting, repair work, maintenance does not even merit a star. They better shut down the business or improve their quality of work. It will not too far when people will handle them.
There is no place by name Bangalore. Also KPTCL is not responsible for power distribution. So asking any feedback about KPTCL by end users is not correct.
what happens to the mass is happening to me too. but with their concern to what could have been done is missed by the authorities the street lights are still eroding our money in to the void........ day/night it is not monitored or are not of power efficient, whereas neighboring states use led /solar lighting in more efficient way.
Power cuts are too frequent. Even today the power went off around 4 -5 times..even when there is no disruptive weather condition. The situation is similar almost all days and has been going on for years now. It doesnt look like they work with any SLA atall. Is there any inadequacy of power , if not why so many disruptions in power. This is SOMASANDRAPALYA area of HSR layout. I can understand this kind of power cuts in some remote parts of the country not bang in middle of the IT capital. Hence the rating. The rates do not justify the quality of service.
