There is no place by name Bangalore. Also KPTCL is not responsible for power distribution. So asking any feedback about KPTCL by end users is not correct.

When it comes to paying BESCOM electronically, it looks like all the attempts are made to stop the electronic payments to the company. Many times their websites are specifically blocked with other bank so that there are difficulties for making the payments from the customers. There are ways that they make this available at cost of every transaction to every customer and I am not sure why this is being made exclusively available only for few payment gateways and not from direct banks.
Overall not a good experience while paying bills online.
