Everything ok. I have doubt in billing. For example in our apartment common power bill rates are very irregular, like one month the rate is Rs 5000/- next month it is 7000/- and there is a huge difference even there is not much change in power consumption. Could any one give an idea how this is being happened like this. Thanks 9483201040
Now actually we are not finding frequent power cut,like previous years.Billing they are coming exact date and payment facility is also made easy by paying in Bengalur one. Our area is HEBBAL,dasarahalli .Just we have to criticise the service is NOT Mandatory we are really happy about their services,since eighteen years we are really getting Good service including very rare power cuts. THEIR HARD WORK IS APPRECIATED
Absolutely pathetic.. Whenever there is a power cut, there is no prior intimation, nor the customer service has not been available (we get busy tone even for half an hour to 45 minutes trying to reach continuously) and this has been so since almost 6 months.
