Karur Vysya Bank

The have good branch based services, ATM and mobile service but they couldn't enable my net banking for almost 6 years now :(

very good functioning at isro layout, bangalore.during the first week after demonetisation, there was Q for exchange, deposit and withdrawl. however every body got at least 2000 rupees.

Very good functioning, latest machines like cheque remittance, cash remittance, cash withdrawal, entry making in SB accounts machines have been introduced and running successfully without problem. Managers needs to be more active in over seeing the branch and not to remain in his cubicle always .

Even in the Chennai, Mogappair Branch of Allahabad bank, only 2000/- notes are distributed for circulation, and not a single 500/- note has been given to me.

This is one of the good private banks functioning efficiently. Have many modern machines for the transactions like cheque deposit, cash deposit, ATM for cash taking, Pass Book entries printing machines. These are not available in many PSU Banks. Howvever, it is stataed that KVB are supplied with limited cash for supply across counters for customers.

The mad rush has been reduced. The Bank branches are sleepy as they have no cash to supply tot heir customers.. Attention is better. But the SB entry printing machines are very often out of order, or out of service due to Power failure, .Withdrawal limitation has not been improved. Generally bank shows their interest in lending loans alone by advertising lower interest rates rather than providing service to regular customers. THIS IS BAD. Managers are generally absent as they are fed up with frequent pestering of customers for some help. Customers are unable to withdraw their cash available in the SB account even in case medical emergencies. Managers say they are unable to help. THE SERVICE OF BANKS TO CUSTOMERS HAVE NOT BEEN IMPROVED. THE BANKS NOW LOOKS LIKE MARRIAGE HALLS THAT WILL APPEAR AFTER MARRIAGES ARE OVER AND MAIN PARTY LEAVES THEM.

I have an account with their KOVAIPUDUR branch and am quite satisfied. Their 24 X 7 service and good customer relations have impressed me..
