Kent is one of the biggest cheater in water purifier industry. Kent uses very cheap and poor quality components in its products. The self life of its components is less than a year, either they crack or perish, so that you need frequent repairs/change of parts and the cost of its parts is very heavy. You are compelled to take their AMC or pay visit charges and parts cost. It is expensive affair.
