It is really a difficult subject to rate as stray dogs often act as night watchmen and hence given food by many people. But I have not seen Corporation giving immunization to any dog when they can't control it.

If people is happy rating will go up.

I have taught myself to vaccinate dogs and i make it a point to vaccinate all the stray dogs i feed and also maintain the vaccination cards. However it would be helpful if the government did the sterilisation job as i have seen a number of dogs die when individuals tried to get them sterilised. Sterilization tends to make the dogs less aggressive. Also i request mr pillai above to please point out the piece of news he is referring to. I have been chased by stray dogs myself a number of times and none of the cases were remotely life threatening. Loose talks such as these gives ammo to people who take out their latent aggressions on stray animals and get away without any punishment whatsoever.
