If someone wants to see the real dirty, unhealthy,uncultured ...blam ..blam..blam..Kolkata visit Canning St, Brabourne Rd, Jackson Lane, Clive Row, Strand Rd, Old China Bazar St. The KMC & KP is totally blind and minting money.

Great inconvenience caused by the hawkers on the footpaths and blocking the footpaths altogether.

Yes I agree .Kolkata oavements have been totally envroached by hawkers.If you walk from Ballygunj Phari to Gariahat 9r alng Camac street Park street the so called posh areas they are full of hawkers.Selling foiod washing utensils cutting vegetables etc.Garbage being thrown all over..and people eating amidst all this.Thanks to our politicians and even public.Theres no rule or norms for them.
