Needs to increase more public convence. All the roads are heavy traffic. No one maintain the tragic rules. Always facing the problem

Required more in numbers and should be in each busy intersections, many facilities constructed through MPLAD's remain closed most part of the year.

In Bidhannagar area, there are toilet facilities in every municipal market. Also there are a few Sulabh Souchalaya, manned by attendants. However, the condition of toilets is far from any satisfaction level. They are not only dirty, stinking and overflowing at times. The free users do not mind using such facilities, but an occasional shopper finds it impossible to tolerate the level of stink - high ammonia or urea type - to release the natural pressure. It is impossible for a decent person to use the toilet, even after paying a token fee of Re.1. The attendants sit outside and do not pay any attention for the upkeep. They are only interested in collecting the money and playing cards outside. It is simply HORRIBLE!!!
