Public toilets in Bidhannagar are hardly found, and if found, are hardly cleaned for use.

Practice of competition with other by private buses in Kolkata needs to be stopped by taking punitive or punishable action by state government in order to avoid accident. Private bus drivers do this not only to earn extra buck but also out of prank.

The other night around 11 PM, I found one man in torn and ragged clothes openly defecating at crossing of a road in New Santoshpur Main Road and a person barely 5' away talking over an expensive smartphone sitting inside a very very costly car.

Is someone asking me to rate conditions of toilets of this country?

I guess that someone must be living in fantasy.

Open garbage vats in spite of many new compactor machines, garbage on the side of roads, almost no public waste bins, very few public toilets, those toilets which are open are extremely dirty and unhygienic. The worst possible corporation in terms cleanliness and public health.
