KMC has long standing nexus with elligaly dwelt hawkers and parking lots in Kolkata. Crores of ruppees are eaten from govt. revenue in fully organised way and responsible persons being hands in glove never do any thing to improve the situation. Since general people are only sufferer, only public can, but by taking law in hand? ....believe it that is only to happen.

Parking of Vehicle on Kolkata Streets? Cant dream of in Central Kolkata. Its a Night mare. Footpaths & part of streets are first blocked Hawkers, then by goods carrier vehicle then by van cart then again by hawkers on road.
